Coaching is a professional relationship in which I help adults produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, and business. I assist you by bridging the gap between where you are now vs. where you wish to be. 

I help you achieve whatever goals you have for yourself and keep you moving forward. 

I help you clarify your goals, create an action plan, provide ongoing accountability, offer meaningful feedback, new ideas, and emotional support. Change is difficult but more than possible. I believe you can achieve your goals.

How does coaching work? What's the process?

Learning to Establish & Achieve Healthy Goals

  • Coaching focuses on the here and now. First, we explore what changes and the outcome you desire to achieve. Together we identify and clarify SMART Goals. S.M.A.R.T. Goal stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Results-Oriented, and Time-bound. 

Knocking Down Barriers 

  • We will also examine previous barriers or what has been getting in the way of you being able to achieve these goals. To support this effort, we will discuss your current lifestyle and habits, values and beliefs, and how you think and manage your emotions. I will provide you will additional education, tools, and resources to address any area which might be standing in the way. 

Planning into Action

  • Coaching offers a solution-focused approach. Once you've identified your goals, we will develop concrete steps you can take to achieve those goals. 

Ongoing Support & Accountability Partner

  • I help you stay on target by reviewing and celebrating the positive steps you've taken along the way.  If you get stuck along the way, we examine what's getting in the way. We will identify the barriers and find real ways to concern and overcome them! I will help teach you to problem solve and offer suggestions, tools, and resources to support your success.

How is Coaching different that Counselor or Psychotherapy?

Coaching is solution-focused and forward thinking. The past isn't examined or reinterpreted. Coaching also focuses on taking action steps towards achieving your overall goal. It also provides additional accountability.

Coaching does not address mental health issues and should never be used to replace psychotherapy or medication when needed.
