Individual Therapy provides you with guidance, encouragement, and support, and the information and tools you need to empower you to make the lasting positive change.
In sessions, we may explore your past and present, discuss your current struggles, and clarify your goals. During our time we will also explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, beliefs, values, your individual strengths and so on. This will help us determine Together we will collaborate on a treatment plan, providing a road-map for your healing and growth.
People come to counseling for a variety of reasons. You might be struggling with a mental health concern like depression, anxiety, substance use, an eating disorder, or trauma. Or you might be going through a life transition. You desire to improve your relationship with yourself or a loved one.
I work with adults facing a variety of issues. No issues are too great or small. There are a few areas I'm particularly passionate.

The source might be low self-esteem, a relationship issue, substance abuse, trauma, another source or a combination. Having a quality mental health counselor who desires to help you with a variety of issues, therefore, is beneficial.

A person who you can connect to and let down your walls, being open, honest and be vulnerable.
