Embracing who you are and believing in yourself play an essential role in multiple areas of your life such as school, work, romantic and social relationships. Viewing yourself through a positive lens can help you pursue and create the life you desire. It also has a significant influence on your overall health and well-being.


For example, your level of self-esteem could be the determining factor in deciding to go to college or choosing your career path, apply for a job or go for that big promotion, try a new challenging hobby, or asking out your crush!
